What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?
Once you have placed an order with MTRO, you will receive a confirmation that we have received your order. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.
I need to change something on my order. How do I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to make changes otherwise we will not be able to make changes to your order once it is processed.
I want to place an order that is out of stock, will it restock?
We usually restock within a few days of merchandise selling out.
What is your return policy?
All MTRO items are returnable within 14 days of purchase for a full refund all merchandise must be in its original packaging, unworn, and free of any perfumes or odors. Shipping charges are non-refundable
Do you charge Sales Tax?
Sales tax is charged only to states where MTRO has a physical presence. Currently this is only in Texas, USA

How long does it take to process my return?
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 3 -5 business days, depending on your bank or financial institution’s policies and procedures. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
When will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days of purchase not including weekends and holidays. Please allow an additional 3 - 5 business days before it is delivered via USPS. These times are estimates, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
